Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 June 2026
These terms apply when you access or use Outpost Alerts, including the website, dashboard, mobile app, alerts, billing, and support channels.
Agreement
By creating an account, starting a trial, paying for a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Outpost Alerts.
The Service
Outpost Alerts helps users create marketplace watchlists, receive listing alerts, review opportunities, and track resale workflows across alerts, tracking, bought, inventory, sold, and ignored views.
Outpost Alerts is independent and is not affiliated with Facebook, Meta, Facebook Marketplace, Discord, Stripe, Google, Apple, or any marketplace platform.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, dashboard, sessions, API access, and configured webhooks.
- You must keep passwords, sessions, webhook URLs, and dashboard access secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter these terms.
Plans, Trials, and Billing
Outpost Alerts offers subscription and lifetime plans. Plan limits, cadence limits, promotional prices, and available billing intervals are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
- Basic and Standard may include a 3-day free trial when offered. Pro and lifetime plans start after checkout unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly plans may be discounted compared with monthly billing.
- Lifetime plans are one-time purchases for the lifetime of the Outpost Alerts service, not for the lifetime of any individual person, marketplace platform, third-party provider, or device.
- Stripe processes web checkout and subscriptions. Apple may process in-app purchases on iPhone. You must cancel through the provider that manages your subscription.
- Prices may include limited launch promotions. Taxes, currency conversion, payment provider fees, and App Store rules may affect the final amount paid.
- Except where required by law or expressly agreed by us, payments are non-refundable after a paid period or lifetime purchase begins.
Acceptable Use
You must use Outpost Alerts responsibly and legally. You must not:
- Use the service to harass, spam, scam, mislead, or harm other people.
- Use the service to buy or sell unlawful, unsafe, stolen, counterfeit, restricted, or regulated goods.
- Attempt to bypass account limits, billing limits, security controls, or plan restrictions.
- Interfere with the service, overload systems, reverse engineer private components, or access another user's dashboard or data.
- Use alerts or listing data in a way that breaches applicable laws, marketplace rules, or third-party rights.
Marketplace Listings and Alerts
Marketplace listing data can be delayed, incomplete, stale, inaccurate, removed, rate limited, or unavailable. We do not guarantee that every listing will be found, that alerts will arrive within any exact time, or that a listed item is genuine, available, safe, profitable, or correctly priced.
You are responsible for checking listings, communicating with sellers, inspecting items, making purchases, tracking costs, paying taxes, and complying with local laws and platform rules.
Third-Party Services
The service may depend on third-party providers, including marketplaces, Stripe, Apple, Google, Discord, hosting providers, email providers, browser tooling, and network providers. Their outages, rate limits, policy changes, pricing changes, or account decisions may affect Outpost Alerts. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
User Content and Data
You keep ownership of information you add to your dashboard, such as watchlists, notes, saved listing information, inventory, sold records, and uploaded or selected alert sounds. You give us permission to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and use that information as needed to operate and improve the service.
Intellectual Property
Outpost Alerts, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and original content, belongs to Outpost Alerts or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms.
Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, plans, limits, pricing, providers, and integrations. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay, misuse third-party integrations, or if continued operation becomes impractical. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion removes dashboard data as described in the Privacy Policy, but cancellation of paid subscriptions may need to be completed through Stripe or Apple.
No Professional Advice
Outpost Alerts provides workflow and alerting tools only. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, safety, investment, resale, or purchasing advice. Any estimates, analysis, profit tracking, or automated recommendations are informational and may be wrong.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outpost Alerts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, marketplace changes, failed alerts, third-party service issues, or purchases you make based on alerts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Outpost Alerts in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service, plans, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
